Job Title: Licensing and Regulatory Specialist - Alaska

Description: Long View Associates, Inc., a nationally recognized hydropower licensing and regulatory services consulting firm with an expanding practice in Alaska, seeks a highly-motivated, self-directed and knowledgeable applicant for the position of licensing and regulatory specialist.

Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. The applicant must be able to work independently as well as within diverse team settings and manage tasks related to multiple projects.

Responsibilities: Primary responsibilities include preparation and review of licensing, regulatory and related technical documents, planning of and participation in technical consultation meetings, coordinating activities of project teams, interaction with regulatory agencies, non-governmental organizations and the public, and maintenance of consultation records, project budgets and licensing and compliance schedules.

Education & Experience: A Masters degree and a minimum of three years of relevant experience in natural resources, regulatory and/or NEPA related work is preferred. Long View offers challenging growth opportunities, performance-based compensation and a flexible work environment.
